First, the central bank buys raw materials and commodities from households, businesses and financial institutions, which constitute the central bank’s reserves. Next, the central bank issues bills of exchange for the goods it has purchased. The next step is for the central bank to issue banknote tickets and issue billons. The bills and bills are issued by the central banks free of charge. The final stage is the introduction of money into circulation. Money in the form of banknotes and billons is put into circulation by commercial banks. The process of issuing money ends when commercial banks begin exchanging money for goods and services.
